Eric Von Holdt, O.D.
Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Eric Von Holdt graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee with his Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Eric has been a part of Lake Region Eye Center since moving to the area in 2011.
Gwen Thoennes
Office Manager
Gwen Thoennes is a native and lifelong resident of Douglas County. She attended Jefferson High School and went on to graduate from Alexandria Technical and Community College with a degree in Office Administration. She has over thirty years of experience working in office administration and management and has been the heart of the Lake Region Eye team for over eighteen years.
Deann Runge
Accounting
DeAnn Runge is native to the Alexandria area and graduated from Jefferson High School. After graduation, she attended Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN earning her Bachelor,s Degree in Business. She held several summer jobs doing office work, before joining Lake Region Eye Center in 2004. As part of Lake Region Eye, DeAnn performs administrative duties, including bookkeeping and payroll.

Kristin Anderson
Optical Lab Manager
Kristin is a graduate of Jefferson High School. She worked for 12 years as an optician before joining Lake Region Eye Center to manage the optical lab. Outside the office, she can be found spending time with her husband, Ted, and their two children, Haylee and Emily.
